Every bar of Soul Soap is handcrafted in small batches with top-quality ingredients that combine to make an incredibly luxurious bar of soap.  Exotic ingredients such as mango seed butter and jojoba oil are rarely found in soap-making and are usually reserved for cosmetics such as lotions, salves, and balms.  Soul Soap believes that these noble ingredients deserve a place in soap-making as they bring exceptional qualities to each bar of soap that will leave your body feeling nourished, refreshed, and rejuvenated.  Each bar of Soul Soap can also be used as shampoo and features a generous "superfat" -- a prized technique in soap-making.

Use it as shampoo:  Seeing as Soul Soap is wonderfully balanced with fine and delicate natural ingredients, features a generous superfat (more on that below), and has a generous amount of jojoba oil in it, Soul Soap can also be used as a daily shampoo!  It effectively cleans and replaces important oils.

So what is a "superfat"?  Superfatting is a technique in soap-making in which not all oils and butter fully turn into soap.  This leaves you with a soap bar that has excess oils that are wonderful for your skin and that help to moisturize it after cleansing.  Superfatting is revered by soap-makers as it yields luxurious bars with a certain "richness" to them.  Soul Soap features a generous 10% superfat.

When not in use, try storing in a relatively dry area without standing water.  A soap dish works wonders!  Colder showers and use of a washcloth will also extend the longevity of your Soul Soap.
